We are a national transportation and mobility company operating in multiple markets, committed to reliable service and the continued expansion of our driver network.
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist – Driver Acquisition to help scale our recruiting and market expansion efforts through the execution of high-impact marketing campaigns.
This is a hands-on, execution-driven role. You will be responsible for creating, launching, and supporting the marketing assets and campaigns that directly fuel driver recruitment and market growth.
What You’ll Do as a Growth Marketing Specialist:
Campaign & Asset Development
- Build and deploy digital ads across platforms such as Meta, Google, Indeed, and more
- Create landing pages, email campaigns, and SMS outreach
- Develop recruiting materials including digital ads, flyers, and onboarding content
- Execute market-specific campaigns quickly and efficiently
Creative Execution
- Design clean, conversion-focused visuals that align with brand standards
- Write clear, compelling copy centered on driver opportunity, flexibility, and earnings
- Adapt creative and messaging for different markets and acquisition channels
Campaign Launch & Optimization
- Launch and support campaigns across multiple paid and owned channels
- Partner closely with leadership to execute growth and hiring initiatives
- Assist with rapid testing of new messaging, offers, and channels
Market & Field Support
- Create marketing materials to support local teams, events, and recruiting efforts
- Customize campaigns to meet individual market needs
- Maintain brand and message consistency across all locations

What We’re Looking for as a Growth Marketing Specialist:
- 3–6 years of experience in marketing execution, campaign management, or creative roles
- Proven experience creating digital ads, landing pages, and recruiting-focused campaigns
- Strong design capabilities using tools such as Canva, Adobe, or similar
- Ability to write concise, conversion-driven copy
- Highly organized with the ability to move quickly and prioritize execution
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
Nice to Have
- Experience in gig economy, recruiting, or marketplace-style businesses
- Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and/or Indeed campaigns
- Experience supporting multi-location or national marketing initiatives
