What You’ll Do as a Brand Marketing Specialist
Campaign & Asset Development
- Build and launch digital ad campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, Indeed, and more
- Create landing pages, email campaigns, and SMS outreach strategies
- Develop recruiting materials including digital ads, flyers, and onboarding content
- Execute market-specific campaigns with speed and precision
Creative Execution
- Design clean, high-converting visuals that align with brand standards
- Write clear, compelling copy focused on driver opportunity, flexibility, and earning potential
- Adapt messaging and creative for different audiences, markets, and channels
Campaign Launch & Optimization
- Launch and support campaigns across paid and owned marketing channels
- Collaborate closely with leadership to support hiring and growth initiatives
- Assist in testing new messaging, creative approaches, and acquisition channels
Market & Field Support
- Create marketing materials to support local teams, events, and recruiting efforts
- Customize campaigns based on market-specific needs and performance
- Maintain brand consistency across all locations and touchpoints

What We’re Looking For as a Brand Marketing Specialist:
- 3–6 years of experience in marketing execution, campaign management, or creative roles
- Proven experience creating digital ads, landing pages, and recruitment-focused campaigns
- Strong design skills using tools such as Canva, Adobe, or similar
- Ability to write concise, conversion-focused copy
- Highly organized with the ability to move quickly and prioritize execution
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Nice to Have as a Brand Marketing Specialist:
- Experience in the gig economy, recruiting, or marketplace-based businesses
- Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and/or Indeed campaigns
- Experience supporting multi-location or national marketing initiatives
