Driver Recruiter & Retention Manager – Build and Support Our Driver Network

What You’ll Do

Driver Recruitment

  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified driver candidates
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, community outreach, and hiring events
  • Promote driving opportunities through partnerships and local initiatives
  • Meet hiring goals through consistent candidate engagement and follow-up

Onboarding & Driver Success

  • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates during the hiring process
  • Lead onboarding sessions and orientation programs for Independent Contractors (ICs)
  • Guide new drivers from application to onboarding and vehicle placement
  • Ensure every new driver has a smooth, professional, and welcoming onboarding experience

Driver Engagement & Retention

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with active drivers
  • Identify opportunities to improve driver satisfaction and long-term retention
  • Address driver questions, concerns, and challenges while connecting them with the right resources
  • Partner with operations and leadership teams to strengthen engagement initiatives

Administrative & Reporting Support

  • Maintain accurate records for recruiting, onboarding, and retention activities
  • Track hiring progress and retention metrics
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to leadership
  • Assist with workforce development and operational projects as needed
