Driver Recruiter & Retention Manager – Build and Support Our Driver Network

In this role, you’ll play a key part in attracting qualified drivers, guiding them through onboarding, and supporting their long-term success within our transportation network.
Your work will directly impact driver growth, satisfaction, and retention—helping strengthen one of the region’s leading transportation services.

What You’ll Do:
Driver Recruitment
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified driver candidates
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, community outreach, and hiring events
- Promote driving opportunities through partnerships and local initiatives
- Meet hiring goals through consistent candidate engagement and follow-up
Onboarding & Driver Success
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidates during the hiring process
- Lead onboarding sessions and orientation programs for Independent Contractors (ICs)
- Guide new drivers from application to onboarding and vehicle placement
- Ensure every new driver has a smooth, professional, and welcoming onboarding experience
Driver Engagement & Retention
- Build and maintain positive relationships with active drivers
- Identify opportunities to improve driver satisfaction and long-term retention
- Address driver questions, concerns, and challenges while connecting them with the right resources
- Partner with operations and leadership teams to strengthen engagement initiatives
Administrative & Reporting Support
- Maintain accurate records for recruiting, onboarding, and retention activities
- Track hiring progress and retention metrics
- Provide regular reporting and updates to leadership
- Assist with workforce development and operational projects as needed
