What You'll Do as a Recruiter:

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified driver candidates
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, community outreach, networking, and local events
• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective drivers to meet hiring goals
• Promote driving opportunities and represent zTrip within the community
• Conduct candidate screenings and guide applicants through the hiring process

Onboarding & Candidate Experience

• Serve as the primary point of contact for applicants from initial interest through onboarding
• Facilitate onboarding sessions and orientation programs for Independent Contractors (ICs)
• Assist new drivers with required documentation, training, and vehicle placement processes
• Deliver a welcoming, professional, and engaging onboarding experience
• Ensure all onboarding requirements are completed accurately and efficiently

Driver Engagement & Retention

• Build strong relationships with drivers to support long-term engagement and success
• Provide ongoing support and resources to improve driver satisfaction and retention
• Address questions and concerns while connecting drivers with appropriate operational teams
• Partner with leadership and operations teams to support retention and engagement initiatives
• Help foster a positive driver culture throughout the organization

Reporting & Administrative Support

• Maintain accurate recruiting, onboarding, and retention records
• Track candidate activity, hiring progress, and onboarding milestones
• Monitor recruiting metrics and provide regular updates to leadership
• Assist with workforce planning and additional talent acquisition projects as needed

What We're Looking for as a Recruiter:

• Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, customer service, sales, or a related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build relationships and establish trust with candidates and drivers
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
• Passion for helping others achieve success and grow their careers
