Pittsburgh Transportation Group is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Transport Bus Detailer to help keep our fleet clean, presentable, and ready for service. This overnight role is critical to maintaining the appearance, cleanliness, and overall condition of our buses, ensuring passengers experience safe, comfortable, and professional transportation every day.

Key Responsibilities of a Transport Bus Detailer

As a Transport Bus Detailer, you will:

• Clean, wash, and detail buses and transportation vehicles to company standards
• Thoroughly clean, sanitize, and polish vehicle interiors and exteriors
• Perform minor cosmetic touch-ups and appearance-related maintenance as needed
• Install, remove, and maintain vehicle decals, wraps, and graphics
• Assist in preparing vehicles for inspections, special projects, and fleet assignments
• Monitor detailing inventory and restock cleaning products and supplies when necessary
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas, including wash bays, parking lots, and service areas
• Support fleet operations with additional vehicle preparation duties as assigned

Qualifications of a Transport Bus Detailer:

Education

• High school diploma or GED required

Experience

• Previous experience in vehicle detailing, fleet cleaning, transportation services, automotive appearance work, or a related field preferred

Licenses & Certifications

• Valid driver's license required
• Hazardous materials cleaning certification is a plus but not required

Schedule & Compensation

• Shift: Monday–Friday, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Pay: $16.40 per hour
