zTrip is looking for a people-focused Driver Mentor & Recruiting Manager to recruit, onboard, and support drivers in our transportation network. In this role, you'll help drivers get started, provide ongoing guidance, and build strong relationships that support their success.

Responsibilities of a Driver Mentor & Recruiting Manager:

Recruit Drivers

• Find and attract qualified driver candidates
• Build relationships through networking and referrals
• Attend job fairs and community events
• Guide candidates through the hiring process

Onboard & Mentor Drivers

• Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions
• Help drivers complete paperwork and onboarding requirements
• Provide coaching, guidance, and support
• Serve as a trusted resource for new drivers

Driver Engagement

• Build and maintain positive relationships with drivers
• Answer questions and provide ongoing support
• Help improve driver satisfaction and retention
• Promote a positive driver culture

Reporting & Team Support

• Maintain recruiting and onboarding records
• Track hiring and retention results
• Provide updates to leadership
• Work with internal teams to support driver success

Qualifications of a Driver Mentor & Recruiting Manager:

• Experience in recruiting, customer service, sales, coaching, or a related field preferred
• Strong communication and people skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Positive and team-oriented attitude
