zTrip is seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Recruiter to help grow our driver network and support our continued expansion. In this key role, you'll be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding qualified driver candidates while creating a positive candidate experience from first contact through successful integration into the company.

What You'll Do as a Recruiter:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Source and attract qualified driver candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, social media, and community outreach.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective candidates.
• Attend job fairs, hiring events, and community functions to promote career opportunities with zTrip.
• Screen applicants, conduct initial interviews, and guide candidates through the hiring process.
• Promote zTrip as an employer of choice within the local market.
• Develop creative recruiting strategies to meet hiring goals and staffing needs.

Onboarding & Candidate Experience

• Conduct new hire orientations and onboarding sessions.
• Assist candidates with onboarding paperwork, licensing requirements, and employment documentation.
• Ensure new drivers are prepared for a successful start with the company.
• Serve as a primary point of contact throughout the onboarding process.
• Help new hires understand company policies, procedures, and expectations.

Relationship Management & Retention

• Build strong relationships with new and existing drivers.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to support driver engagement and success.
• Address concerns and connect drivers with appropriate resources and support.
• Partner with operations leadership to enhance the overall driver experience.
• Support retention initiatives designed to improve driver satisfaction and long-term success.
• Foster a positive, professional, and supportive culture within the driver community.

Reporting & Collaboration

• Maintain accurate recruiting, hiring, and onboarding records.
• Track recruiting activity, hiring progress, and retention metrics.
• Provide regular recruiting reports and updates to leadership.
• Partner with operations and management teams to achieve hiring goals.
• Recommend improvements to recruiting processes and candidate engagement strategies.

Qualifications of a Recruiter:

• Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, human resources, customer service, sales, or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and results-driven.
