Key Responsibilities of A HR Recruiting Assistant:

• Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, conduct phone screenings, and collaborate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Process Management: Ensure the pre-employment process is complete for all new hires, working with candidates, recruiters, and HR.
• Record Keeping: Update candidate records, job postings, and confirm new hires in the recruiting system.
• Candidate Communication: Send offer letters and provide regular follow-up on recruiting status via phone and email.
• Reporting: Track recruiting activities and provide weekly status reports on candidates.
• Post-Interview Debriefs: Coordinate debrief meetings and provide necessary materials.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
• Administrative Support: Assist with recruiting and HR tasks related to onboarding.
• New Hire Coordination: Schedule and order company-provided items (business cards, laptops, phones, etc.) for new hires.
• Additional Recruiting Support: Help with other recruiting-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications of an HR Recruiting Assistant:

• Education: High school diploma required.
• Experience: 1+ years of experience in recruiting or HR.
• Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
