Your Responsibilities as a Transportation Talent Acquisition Specialist:

• Develop Recruitment StrategiesCreate and implement effective plans to attract and retain qualified drivers.
• Set & Achieve GoalsEstablish clear recruiting targets and work proactively to meet or exceed them.
• Lead Outreach CampaignsPlan and execute creative initiatives to engage high-quality driver candidates.
• Engage with CandidatesRespond to inquiries professionally and promptly to ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
• Host Informational SessionsOrganize and lead orientations for prospective Independent Contractors (ICs).
• Streamline the Hiring ProcessGuide applicants from initial contact through final onboarding and vehicle assignment.
• Manage Applicant FlowTrack candidates, maintain accurate records, and update our applicant tracking system.
• Provide Reporting & InsightsDeliver regular recruitment progress reports to leadership.
• Support Team SuccessWork closely with the Retention Manager and internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and high driver satisfaction.
• Build Strong RelationshipsFoster positive relationships with drivers and staff to support long-term retention.
• Promote a Positive CultureContribute to a supportive, service-focused, team-oriented workplace.
• Demonstrate InitiativePerform other duties as assigned to help achieve recruitment goals.

What We’re Looking for as a Transportation Talent Acquisition Specialist:

• Experience in recruiting, hiring, or sales (preferred)
• Goal-driven and motivated with strong sourcing instincts
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
